The main value of the book to me is it gives an analytical method for determining the cause of worker peformance forr, starting from the premise b people don’t do dumb things on purpose. Solid information you can use. It is also a book that can be constructively shared with your entire team – including those with performance issues – as it helps defuse all emotion and keeps the conversations on the actual and observable behaviors that are getting in the way of the business.
